Our delivery time is 30 days for amounts 0 - 250,000, 60 days for amounts 251,000 - 500,000 and over 60 for over 500,000.

We serve sites that allow content that most others will not serve but is at a slightly higher premium price. A second window ( 1/ONE ),sound,and auto-load video is OK upon approval and payment addon.

WE ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT TOLERATE Adult Content not suitable for children under 12, Malicious content including viruses,trojans,warez,DOS Attack Programs,Browser-altering code,sniffers,Phishing sites,Spam,Hate promoting sites,Illegal activity promotions. These issues will result in campaign suspension for first violation. The violation will be recorded and documented and same info passed on to client or representative. The campaign will be reviewed in 24 hours for compliance and begun if so and if not; the client will be contacted for corrective action plan and campaign will be placed in a 72 hour "Holding Queue" Client is expected to correct during this period at the end of which a review will again take place. If compliant--campaigns resumes. If not---campaign is terminated with no refund and client advised. 2nd offense; same process. 3rd; IMMEDIATE TERMINATION w/NO REFUND. While we want to allow as much consideration for errors beyond client control--we also must remain true to our site viewers who produce the traffic for client campaigns and keep the content clean. If your campaign is terminated for content violation--there is no refund with no recourse.

We provide stats for the ad campaigns and our count is final. We know and agree with the fact that your stats will show different than our count as is expected BUT by design the visitor path runs thru our stats server after hitting your unique client tracking code. 3rd party stats are unreliable in times of high traffic and we will give no discussion to discrepancies period unless using server side analyctics or logs AND acess to same is provided unrestricted AND the TOTAL delivered discrepancy amount is greater than 45% comparatively.

If TOTAL is not delivered by our count in allotted time--we will gladly refund a pro-rated amount of undelivered versus total.

As well unauthorized use of resources including text,graphics (linked or hosted ) or unauthorized linking strategies via locales containing unacceptable content.
